The Newport Connect is a marvel of technology, presented in a watch case inspired by Michel Herbelin’s iconic collection, Newport.
This watch features a classic analogue dial while also integrating smart functions: call indicator (at 2 o’clock), notifications (at 10 o’clock), activity tracker (at 8 o’clock) and sleep analysis (at 4 o’clock).
Indicated by the hands and a vibration mode, these functions are easy to use: the transition from a smart functionality to the analogue time display is made by simply pressing on the crown.
The Newport Connect nonetheless retains all the soul of a true French piece of watchmaking, thanks to its design and the quality of its components.
A bezel punctuated by four screws enhances the stainless steel case with its white dial, striped at its centre and stamped under the hours. The hands with their luminescent coating circle around baton hour markers and impressive yet discreet Arabic numerals.
This sporty connected ladies’ watch is designed, assembled, and inspected at the Michel Herbelin French Watchmaking Studio. It features horns specific to the Newport, and a white strap made of rubber – a material with good resistance that’s comfortable to wear and touch, and which adds a modern edge.
